During my first few years of working with custom furniture, cabinets, and the wood itself, I simply figured it’d be a good way to spend some time… Thirty-five years later, I never imagined I would enjoy our industry now more than ever! From my early days in a small “old-world” craftsman’s shop, to my later years at some of the largest shops in southern California, I have intimately lived and learned our craft.

Through the years, experience has taught me that all successful projects share a common thread that insure both customer satisfaction, and a better-than-expected bottom line. Surprisingly enough, this “common thread” rarely depends on the scope or scale of a project, but rather the course of actions that are taken to insure its success.

Professional project management provides the foundation for consistent, on time, and profitable projects. Unfortunately, your everyday consultant will only understand your numbers, they will have no idea where the problems actually arise – from estimating to engineering, and fabrication to installation. I have personally lived the problems and have learned the solutions.

So let’s talk straight. The reality is I will not go looking for a missing dollar bill… I will, however, find the hundreds of hidden nickels and dimes that are being lost throughout your operation. After a thorough assessment, some additional training, and the proper implementation, your bottom line can be dramatically improved.
