2nd T.M.C., Inc. is a millwork and cabinet industry consulting firm, specializing in sales, marketing, project and operations management. We offer comprehensive, individual company assessment and in-house training.

Bottom line – we are not your typical consulting company. We were built from the construction industry, for the construction industry. Every company has different requirements and budgets. We understand that; we have programs as simple as a one, two, or three day assessment or in-house seminar, or as involved as a multi-week commitment.

Once the assessment is completed a CUSTOM PROGRAM is built for you depending on the needs of the company. No two locations, projects or operations are the same. There is no “one size” fits all.

Services can be contracted on either a one-time or continued education basis.
One-on-one and/or group sessions may be scheduled.

Your need for the services above are determined by a combination of an initial assessment, your input, and a full company review. Our assessment will include working with members of your staff, your production and installation teams. This will be followed by a seminar custom designed for the needs of your company and your staff. Continued education should always be a goal of management.

Although in some cases there is a single weak part of an operation, it is typically a combination of little things that need refinement for the overall improvement of the company and its employees. These tweaks could be for a number of reasons – manpower, lack of training, or a format that needs to be revised and brought up to date. Collaborating together we can improve efficiently while improving your bottom-line.
